Your information, handled carefully.

Turning Page collects only what your court forms require, uses it only to prepare your forms, and never sells it. Last updated October 13, 2026.

What we collect

  • The facts your Florida Supreme Court approved forms ask for: names, addresses, email, phone, county, marriage and separation dates, and the property, debts, income, and expenses that go on your forms.
  • Your messages to us, your signed Disclosure from Nonlawyer and Service Agreement, and a record of your payment (the amount and date, not your full card number).
  • We never ask for your Social Security number or date of birth. You write those on the form by hand.

How we use it

  • To type your forms, check them, send them to you for review, and give you filing instructions for your county.
  • To answer your questions and keep the records Florida requires.
  • We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

  • Only the services needed to do the work: Microsoft 365 (questionnaires, email, and secure file storage), Stripe (payment), our e-signature service (signing), and our phone and text provider. A contract translator, if one is ever used, is bound to confidentiality.
  • Card details go directly to Stripe. Turning Page never sees or stores your full card number.
  • We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

This website

This site has no advertising trackers and no analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when a page loads. Our web host keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Rule 10-2.2 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar requires us to keep copies of your signed disclosure and the forms given to you for at least six years. We keep your file for six years after your forms are delivered and then delete it.

Your choices

  • Email help@turningpagefl.com to ask for a copy of your information or to correct it. We delete anything we are not required to keep.
  • Your communications with Turning Page are not protected by attorney-client privilege, because Turning Page is not a law firm.

Security

Your information is kept in password-protected business accounts. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.

Adults only

This service is for spouses 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
